Matcha Horai is the highest quality matcha in our range and holds the Ceremonial Grade quality level. The spring harvest gives it an exceptionally mild, natural sweetness and a particularly soft, harmonious finish.
The intensely green powder is made from carefully shaded tea leaves and ground very finely. In the bowl, it creates a dense, creamy foam and a velvety mouthfeel with a clear, elegant structure.
